The Challenge
The client was running four disconnected systems for inventory, payroll, sales, and accounting. Data silos caused reporting delays and costly manual reconciliation every month-end.
Our Approach
We deployed Odoo 17 Community with custom modules for Arabic invoice localisation, integrated their legacy barcode scanners via Odoo IoT Box, and migrated 5 years of historical data with zero downtime using staged cutover.
The Result
Month-end close dropped from 5 days to 6 hours. Inventory accuracy reached 99.2%. The sales team cut quote turnaround from 2 days to 20 minutes using Odoo CPQ.
