The Challenge

The sales team was tracking deals in spreadsheets. There was no pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy was below 40%, and onboarding new reps took 3 weeks.

Our Approach

We configured Sales Cloud with a custom 7-stage pipeline, built CPQ rules for tiered subscription pricing, and migrated 18 months of deal history from HubSpot. Created onboarding paths and a live coaching dashboard for the VP of Sales.

The Result

Forecast accuracy improved to 87%. Ramp time for new reps dropped from 3 weeks to 5 days. The CEO now runs the weekly pipeline review directly from Salesforce — no spreadsheets.
