Odoo WMS for 3PL Logistics

The Challenge
The 3PL was managing 3 warehouses and 40+ client accounts in Excel and an outdated WMS. Mis-picks cost EGP 800K per year in returns and SLA penalties.
Our Approach
Deployed Odoo 16 WMS with custom put-away strategies per client, Zebra barcode integration for pick-pack-ship workflows, and API connectors to Aramex, Bosta, and MyFatoorah for automated shipping labels and real-time tracking updates sent to end customers.
The Result
Mis-pick rate dropped from 3.2% to 0.18%. Order processing time reduced 60%. All three warehouses now operate from a single Odoo instance with client-segregated inventory views.
